Before diving everybody needs to fill in and sign some forms. It is a bit boring to arrive to the dive centre and have to fill all the paperwork out, so why not do it before time and be sure you are ready for your underwater adventure.

As many of you already know, ALL DIVERS are required to complete a Diver Medical Questionnaire, a Release of Liability & Assumptions of Risk and an statement confirming that the diver will follow safe diving practices.  You can complete yours by:

• Filling them online through our website forms
• Downloading the documents and completing them (PDF)
